Hubtrac will introduce additional TBR products in 2026, in a bid to “further strengthen its global product portfolio”. At present, Hubtrac report that the brand’s technical department is “advancing the development of 24 new SKUs under the next-generation Hubtrac 2.0 product platform. Among them, six products have already completed development and entered the testing phase. Production of these products will soon begin at the company’s manufacturing base in Serbia, while three of them will make their official debut at the upcoming The Tire Cologne exhibition in Germany.
The first batch of upcoming products includes:
• 385/55R22.5 Highway S23
• 385/65R22.5 Regional S23

In addition to the products already announced, the remaining 18 new SKUs are currently in the design and engineering stage and are expected to gradually enter product testing around December this year.
As part of its product system upgrade, Hubtrac plans to progressively phase out portions of its existing Classic product line and transition toward the new-generation Hubtrac 2.0 platform. To ensure the smooth implementation of this strategy, the company’s technical team has conducted comprehensive evaluations covering project timelines, production capacity allocation, and resource planning, laying the foundation for future large-scale product development.
Hubtrac expands development of low-profile tyres
At the same time as maintaining its “premium economic” positioning Hubtrac is also developing two low-profile mega trailer tyres aimed at the high-load European logistics transportation sector.
445/45R19.5 Highway T22
Designed specifically for mega trailer applications, this product incorporates HL high-load technology and offers key advantages such as low rolling resistance and improved fuel efficiency. It is positioned to compete directly with leading international premium brands while delivering differentiated value through overall cost-performance advantages.
455/45R22.5 – This product is targeted at the next generation of high-load long-haul trailer applications, designed to meet increasing demands for higher payload capacity and long-distance transportation while benchmarking against mainstream premium international product systems.
For Hubtrac, product upgrades represent not only technological progress, but also the ability to deliver “safer, more fuel-efficient, and more durable operating value to end users” – a philosophy that continues to drive the company’s long-term expansion across Europe.
